Ezy Systems Remote Assistance

Question

In order to assist you further with your Ezy Systems software issue, remote access to your workstation or file server may be required.

Answer

This can be achieved quickly by downloading the software (Ezy Systems Quick Support) from the link at the top of this webpage;

Once downloaded double click the file to run the software and advise Ezy Systems of the ‘ID’ number.

An Ezy Systems representative will then be able to access the workstation where this file is running.
