How long will Fox version be supported?

There is no deadline. The Fox version will be supported until the last Fox client has migrated to the Pro version.

How do Pro version upgrades work?

The Pro version is upgraded every night.  The System Administration, Load Latest Changes option can be manually run periodically or scheduled to be automatically run every night using MS Windows Scheduler.

What is the main benefits of Pro?

Quicker and easier to use.  

Can I use my existing server?

In most cases the existing infrastructure can be utilised for the Pro version.

How long does it take to migrate to Pro?

Just a few weeks, provided that the users have familiarise themselves with the new version prior to going live.
