There is no facility to reverse a Crush Docket. Correct the mistake by processing a CELLAR OPERATIONS, CELLAR WORKSHEET ENTRY. Select 'Additions' as the Operation Type. Add a negative quantity of the Additive to the Crush Vessel. This operation will decrease the chemical in the Vessel, thereby also correcting the composition details of the juice. It will also put the Additive back in stock when the Cellar Worksheet is updated.
