The objective of installing a computerised Auction management system is to streamline procedures and to track every transaction from receipting the consignments to running the sales and processing Buyer payments, through to paying the Vendors.

EzyAuction is a comprehensive and fully integrated management system catering for both In-room and On-site Auctions. A lot of time and effort went into the quality assurance procedures to ensure that the core modules interface with each other in regards to stock and consignment movements and ledger postings. Sales invoices, payroll runs, bank reconciliation, receiving consignments, lotting sales, generating catalogues, producing valuation invoices and reconciling the Trust Ledger are only a few of the functions that can be easily performed by even the most novice user of computers.

		The security features allow you to customise which options can be accessed by each user resulting in menus displaying only the relevant options. It will also ensure that unauthorised users can not access confidential information management options such as the general ledger reports.
		The Service Invoicing module allows for the creation of standard paragraphs and charge rates which can be easily incorporated when creating valuation invoices, enabling professionally presented invoices to be generated easily.
		Utilise the in-built report writer reporting capabilities to quickly and easily produce complex reports. The General Ledger, Company Consolidation, and Sales Analysis report writers can be easily utilised by even the most novice user.
		There are many management reports which summarise the results of a sale including; buyer and vendor premiums, sales rep commissions, referrals, invoices outstanding, unsold lots, credit card and liquor tax reconciliation and GST register, etc.
		Both Bizform (printed by Bowater Paper Co. Ltd) and Rediform (printed by Moore Paragon Australia Ltd) stationery are compatible with the accounting module.
		We also supply a (default) presentable format for invoices, debtor statements, remittance advices, pay slips, vendor purchase orders, etc. which can be printed on single and multi-part sheets. We provide standard formats in over 20 areas that can be printed on plain A4 paper.
		There are no limits on the number of vendors, buyers, creditors, debtors, stock items, etc that can be entered; you are only restricted by the size of your hard disk.
		Ezy Systems support includes phone, modem, internet and fax, as well as on-site visits. We provide professional and prompt support, second to none.
		The User Guide clearly explains how to complete tasks using the system. The guide will greatly assist you in the implementation process, fulfilling ISO requirements and training existing and new staff.
